Practice is all weekdays from 2:05-3:30

We usually run 5ks, however, we may run 3ks during invitationals.

Our coaches are coach Schaeffer-Duffy and coach Bailey. They're the best!

Loads of fun! It can be rough, however, we improve and develop. We also have fun at practice as we play tag or connect 4. We have each other for motivation!

We usually run longruns on Monday, do speed drills on Tuesday, have a light run on Wednesday, race on Thursday, and have a recovery run on Friday!
